    A: You can schedule your appointment by phone, in person or online. Reservations for your appointment require a deposit. We understand that things come up and that can be discussed with stylist if necessary but time slots and availability are not guaranteed unless the deposit is PAID


  2. Q: How do I choose the right treatments and products?
    A: We offer complimentary consultations, and can make recommendations to fit your wants and needs. Whether you are looking for a hair care product line to use at home, or have specific needs for a salon treatment, we are always available to answer your questions.


  3. Q: What can I expect from my service provider during my salon treatment?
    A: Your service provider will consult with you prior to the service to find out your goals and preferences, and can make recommendations if appropriate. They will let you know what to expect, and will find out if you have any special needs or concerns.


  4. Q: Do you offer gift certificates?
    A: Absolutely! Salon treatments are the perfect gift. Feel free to stop by the salon to purchase it in person. We encourage recipients to use certificates within 6 months of purchase. 


  5. Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
    A: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Gift Certificates.
